Jerry Carter wins GOP nomination in District 3
Jerry Carter has won the Republican nomination for the Third District of the South Carolina Statehouse. He will be on the November ballott for the area of western Pickens County that includes Clemson, Central, Norris and Six Mile.
“I feel that my professional experience has provided me with the skills necessary to address the issues and concerns for the state of South Carolina,” Carter said. “Further, I know that my desire to give back to my community will make me a good representative for the residents of the Third District."
